Working alongside the Brand manager we created a graphic reach user experience. This Company forms part of large group of companies who have an aptitude for change and lean brand management.
Using Magento as a platform we “spinned” out various user engagements experiences for a variety of product launches to test the market. The aim was to work towards achieving the optimum journey for the customers and to achieve the customer experience stakeholders envisioned.
Once this was achieved on microsites it became the focus point for product marketing and sales enablement using Magento CMS technologies.

By benchmarking key visitor locations, and building towards new geo-location hotspots, it became clear where the latencies were that needed to be addressed.

CD Automation is a long-standing client who adopted Magento CMS 4 years ago to put structure to its wide range of product categories and its attributes. The focus today remains a consultative customer service approach custom building products and refraining from publishing online prices.
We provided an easy-to-use attribute selector for customers to choose the power filter suited to their applications based on requirements. It further adopted a range of extensions to manage the business and technical information for customer use.
Recently deployed microsite - an online shop for their EMC Power Filters range with the key focus area of assisting visitors to select the right products for the specific requirements cutting through the technical jargon.
